Welcome to Domaine de La Viaudière, a family wine estate dating back to the 16th century, located 30 minutes from Angers and 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire. Come and stay in the heart of the Layon Vineyard, in this beautiful 135m² bourgeois house, with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. Charm, comfort and quality... The atmosphere of the 1900's is evident in the moldings on the ceiling, the beautiful fireplace, the chandeliers, the period cement tiles... The entrance hall leads to a beautiful wooden staircase, and 2 beautiful living rooms. The 31m² dining kitchen is convivial, bright and highly functional, with a host of quality equipment to help you prepare your meals with pleasure. Opposite, the charming and comfortable living room features armchairs and sofa, piano, connected TV and fireplace (not functional). The owners, independent winegrowers, live on site and are happy to offer you a wide range of wine-related activities on the estate: cellar visits and tastings of wines produced on site, Hiking in the vineyards, tours of the estate. You can even become a grape-picker for a day, for a total immersion in the Vineyard of Angers! Adjacent is the Holiday cottage "La Petite Maison du Château de la Viaudière" (ref H49G014900) which can accommodate up to 6 people.
