Located on the banks of the Loire, the Holiday cottage's terrace overlooks Europe's longest untamed river. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the treasures of the Loire: its Biodiversity, the "Loire à vélo" trail, water sports activities and numerous guinguettes. In short, there's plenty to fill your stay! Located just 20 minutes from Angers, the City's rich history is waiting to be discovered, with its Château des Ducs d'Anjou, historic city center, Cathédrale Saint Maurice and Galerie David d'Angers. A detour to the Terra Botanica plant park, just 20 minutes away, will delight young and old alike! For fishing enthusiasts, the Holiday cottage's location is ideal: you can fish right on the water's edge next to the cottage. Set in a small hamlet, this 80 m² house, semi-detached from the owner's house, offers a pleasant setting. Entirely on one level (access by 4 steps) and in a rustic style, it opens onto a living area comprising a lounge with television, a dining room and a small, simple kitchen. From the hallway, a first bedroom is available with a Bed 140 cm X 190 cm and a Bed 90 cm X 190 cm. The second bedroom has a bed 140 cm X 190 cm and direct access to the terrace. It can be accessed directly from the bathroom (with shower) or from the first bedroom. A private WC completes the Holiday cottage. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs is available to guests, with a view over the Loire. Down below, a few dozen meters from the Holiday cottage, the enclosed garden on the banks of the Loire is a particularly pleasant spot for meals and Fishing. A swing is available for Kids. Free private covered parking. Dogs allowed (no cats): pet supplement of €50/stay + additional deposit. In addition: electricity over 8 kwh / day (current EDF rate), oil central heating: 11 € / day.
