Welcome to La Fourerie! Ideally located 10 minutes from Angers, in the former commune of Villevêque (now known as Rives du Loir en Anjou), come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Anjou region. A stay with family or friends in this pretty 16th-century mansion, on the edge of the Basses Vallées Angevines, will be the ideal opportunity to discover the many sites to visit in the area: Hiking, tasting the many wine appellations, discovering the cultural and gastronomic heritage... This Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is much appreciated for its old beams and tuffeau walls. It comprises : First floor: - a living room with lounge, fitted kitchen and dining area - a laundry area and separate WC First floor: - a first bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and a 90cm x 190cm bed overlooking the orchard - A second bedroom with two Twin beds 80cm x 200cm overlooking the garden, - An independent bathroom with shower and WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, as well as the fully private, hedged garden area.
