La Ferme Florentaise

This cottage is part of a renovated 15th-century farmhouse, not overlooked and with views over the countryside. The property is surrounded by pastures with animals that the owners take care of for pleasure: donkeys, pigs, farmyard, sheep, cats... You'll be just 3km from Saint Florent le Viel, a small town of character on the banks of the Loire with all amenities: shops, supermarket, pharmacy... The gîte is 30 minutes from the gates of Angers and Cholet, and 45 minutes from Nantes, both of which offer a wealth of cultural and tourist attractions. This 40m² T1 bis is bright and airy, thanks to glass windows running the length of the house. The kitchen is equipped and functional, separated by a partition. The rest of the room is furnished with a living room (1 leather sofa and a sofa-bed) and a dining area for 4 people. On the other side of the curtain is the sleeping area with a 140x190cm bed and TV. The shower room, in an enclosed area, has a shower, vanity unit and toilet. Take advantage of your stay in Anjou to visit the Puy du Fou and watch the spectacular Cinescénie (1h drive). Outside, you'll find a portable barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. The area around the gîte is mowed but preserved as much as possible to minimize the impact on local species. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra people on request. Cats accepted but no dogs. Bed linen and towels included. House adjoining that of the owners, who live on site. Parking on the property.
