Just 20 minutes from Angers, in the heart of the Anjou region, this family-run Holiday cottage in Saint-Clément-de-la-Place welcomes you for a green holiday combining comfort, authenticity and nature. Set in a restored former stable, it has retained all the cachet of the past: terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and stone walls create a warm atmosphere, ideal for family vacations or a peaceful getaway in the Countryside. 87 m² in size, the vacation home features a beautiful, convivial living room with a fireplace (sofas, armchairs, TV) and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for independent living. From the living room, a few steps give direct access to the garden, perfect for indoor-outdoor living in fine weather. Outside, over 900 m² of wooded garden provide a veritable playground for young and old alike: garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, but also plenty to keep the Kids busy with sandpit, net and badminton rackets... An ideal setting for family vacations in Anjou, between relaxation and outdoor activities. Parking is easy in front of the Holiday cottage, under the tall pine trees, in a gated area. Upstairs, the landing leads to two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 180x200cm bed, the other with a 180x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed), plus a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. The Holiday cottage is perfectly suited to stays with Kids: wooden baby bed and high chair are available. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. Nearby, there are many family activities within easy reach: discover Angers and its castle, spend a day at the Terra Botanica plant park, stroll along the UNESCO-listed banks of the Loire, visit the vineyards of Anjou, or relax at Lake Maine with swimming and water sports. Nearby hiking trails and wildlife parks are the perfect complement to a family nature holiday. Nearby amenities: village bakery and grocery store just 250 m away. The owners live nearby.
