Just a stone's throw from the Loire and 10min from Angers, 1.5km from the entrance to the A87. 50m² room to share with the owners, who live on site, with kitchen only for reheating pre-prepared meals, lounge and dining area. Beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge and sun loungers. plancha, garden, 6-seater Spa with light therapy (accessible from April to October and included in the price only for the Douceur Angevine room). In hot weather, the temperature is lowered to cool you down. Enclosed space to share with the owners, who will be discreet when you're there. 2 bedrooms are available: - Ground floor: a small 11.30m² bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower, bath, toilet and double vanity unit (no access to the Spa) - First floor: 25m² bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large dressing room, courtesy tray with kettle. En-suite bathroom with double washbasin unit, wall-hung WC and large shower. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, TV, desk, storage space, bed linen and towels provided. Close to shops and numerous guinguettes: bakery 300m away, Pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants 2.5 km away. For your stay in Anjou, take time to visit the vineyards and taste the local wines, Angers and its medieval city, the Terra Botanica Park, the Châteaux of Angers and Brissac among many others, the David d'Angers and Jean Lurçat Museums. You'll be 45min from Saumur and Puy du fou, 30 min from Doué la Fontaine, 35min from Cholet, 1h from Nantes, 1h30 from Les Sables d'Olonne. Garage for storing bikes. Parking in front of the house on public land. The owners welcome you in their house with their little dog Tomy (animals are not allowed to avoid any misunderstanding...). Wifi internet connection. Pellet stove in living room. Access in the kitchen to microwave only, crockery, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, coffee, teas and infusions. A shelf in the refrigerator is available for your convenience. A folding cot and high chair are available for babies.
