Entirely on one level, the gîte opens onto a 16m² living room: lounge area with TV, sofa bed (additional 140x190cm bed available on request) and brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, filter or pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave/grill, small fridge, washing machine... - no oven or dishwasher). With direct access to the private terrace, the 13m² bedroom features a 160x200cm double bed and large dressing room. Shower room (sink, vanity unit, hairdryer) and WC.
