Situated 25 minutes from Angers and 10 minutes from the A11 motorway exit on the Paris/Nantes axis, come and enjoy a green and relaxing setting with a view of the horses, ideal for enjoying the fresh air of the countryside: vast landscaped garden, beautiful wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, chiliennes, ... In summer, the swimming pool (unheated, 11m x 5m, depth: 1m to 2.20m), shared with the owners, will delight young and old alike. The gîte, entirely on one level, comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), dining area, and lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second has three single beds (90x190cm). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. The owners live on site and will be delighted to share their tips for exploring the surrounding area. The first shops are 2km away (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) and the town of Baugé en Anjou is 10km away (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). La Flèche Zoo is 20 minutes from the gîte. Would you like to take advantage of Maine et Loire's many tourist attractions? You can reach the banks of the Loire in 25 minutes, and Saumur and the famous Cadre Noir are 40 minutes away. For a stay with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Possibility of parking several vehicles on site. Wifi internet connection.
