Welcome to "La Demoiselle", a comfortable Holiday cottage with 3 beautiful suites, on the banks of the Loire in Les Ponts de Cé. Angers is a city that combines nature, history and culture, making it an attractive tourist destination. Close to the vineyards of the Layon and Aubance rivers, typical villages along the Loire and Maine rivers... Leave your car at the Holiday cottage and take the bus to visit Angers in an environmentally-friendly way. [ACCOMMODATION ] A few steps lead up to the entrance hall, where you'll find a contemporary 22m² kitchen with a lovely dining area, the first suite and a toilet. A wood-burning stove provides a warm and friendly atmosphere. One level down, the living room with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables opens onto the south-facing terrace. On the second floor, you'll find 2 beautiful suites. The suites are between 20 and 24m² in size, each with its own private bathroom. They all feature a 160x200cm bed, television, private bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, storage space and meticulous decoration. The house has kept a few old features to create a warm, cosy atmosphere: original parquet floors, cement tiles, wooden staircase... The large windows give the rooms plenty of natural light. Minted furniture adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home! Although in an urban environment, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace under pergolas with electric barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table... [ALL INCLUSIVE] End-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, made beds... Everything is included to give you time to enjoy the mildness of Anjou. [THINGS TO SEE & DO] Shops and transport 7 minutes' walk away, Angers 10 minutes by car. Things to do nearby: Terra Botanica, Château d'Angers, Musée Jean Lurçat, Loire river cruise, Loire by bike, Angers city center with the Cité, David d'Angers gallery, nearby castles such as Brissac, Serrant, Le Plessis-Bourré, Le Plessis-Macé... Less than 2 km from the Holiday cottage, the Ponts-de-Cé swimming pool offers a refreshing break on the banks of the Loire, ideal for fine weather.
