Welcome to "La Croisée des Chemins", a Holiday cottage with heated swimming pool in the heart of the Countryside, 10 min from Le Lion d'Angers and 18km from Angers. Renovated with care, this former cowshed offers an authentic and rejuvenating stay for family, friends or business travelers. Charming living room with open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, 2 induction hobs, etc.). The "Embellie" bedroom on the ground floor has a 160x200 double bed and a private shower room with toilet. This spacious room is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The "Parenthèse" room upstairs has a double bed 140x190 + 3 beds 90x190, which can be converted into a double bed. Shower room and WC upstairs. Each room has a TV. Separate toilet and linen room on ground floor. Outside, there's a covered dining area and a wooden terrace overlooking the garden and Piscine (currently being finished). Come and enjoy the covered swimming pool in the family garden without worrying about the weather! On-site activities: Breton pancakes and farm visit - Clarisse invites you to discover her crepe-making craft: tips, little secrets, turning on the billig and, of course, gourmet tastings! You'll be able to catch a glimpse of her at work, as her laboratory has a window (with privacy film) overlooking the Holiday cottage corridor (30€/pers). - Come and discover Vincent's world: his organic farm, his equipment, his crops, the milking of his dairy cows and their calves... A privileged moment of exchange with a passionate man committed to respecting nature. Bakery, supermarket and tobacconist 1.5km away. There's no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area: Angers (Terra Botanica and its famous château), the château du Plessis-Bourré 10 minutes away, walks or bike rides along the Mayenne towpath on the Vélo Francette. Less than 1 hour away: the not-to-be-missed City of Saumur and Doué la Fontaine with its troglodytes and the Bioparc Zoo. And for family fun: Anjou Sport Nature 15km away (accrobranche, canoeing, treasure hunts, pedal boats, paddle boats, etc.). Indoor or outdoor swimming pool, weather permitting, open from late May to September, 9:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm (4mx8mx1.50 to 1.80m) - In the evening, the pool is shared with the owners - Baby equipment available on request - Private parking on the property.
