With this vacation rental near Angers in Maine-et-Loire, stay in a beautiful building, the former farm of the Château de Soucelles. The City of Soucelles is located in the "Basses vallées angevines", wetlands of international importance and part of the Natura 2000 network, recognized for the richness of their Biodiversity. A peaceful environment close to nature, yet only 20 minutes from Angers! The 120m² house has been restored in the local style, with oak beams, exposed stonework, slate roofs, low stone walls... You'll find a large living room with open-plan kitchen, vast dining area and lounge with sofas, armchairs, poufs and TV. The Holiday cottage has two large 18m² bedrooms, each with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed. Each level has its own shower room and separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the outside via a French window on the first floor, and a door with an outside staircase for the upstairs bedroom (but don't worry, the upstairs bedroom is also accessible via an inside staircase!) The ground-floor bedroom is accessed by three steps from the living room. Outside, you'll find a large gravel courtyard enclosed by a gate, with various areas to relax in depending on the weather: garden furniture to enjoy the shade of the beautiful tree, or under the planted pergola where a second lounge awaits you in case of hotter weather. A lawn area can be reached by a few steps. A communal play area is located some fifty meters from this lawn area, but is not visible from the courtyard. Barbecue, chiliennes, ping-pong table. You'll be 700m from a super Market and gas station, and 900m from the village center with bakery, post office, tobacconist's... Swimming in the river "Le Loir" 1 kilometer away with lifeguard surveillance in July and August, nearby Hiking and Fishing trails. The owner's house is a continuation of the farmhouse. Spaces are well-defined and not overlooked, for everyone's comfort. For ecological reasons, the temperature of the accommodation will be 20° maximum. Private parking 40 meters from the Holiday cottage. Access by car to the Holiday cottage for unloading suitcases and shopping. The price includes bed linen and wood pellet central heating. Electricity consumption over 8kwh per day extra. Wifi internet connection.
