For a stopover or a stay for two in the heart of the Anjou vineyards: wine tasting at the wineries, hiking on the GR3, which passes 100m away, the Loire à Vélo loop on the Anjou corniche, etc. Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park 30 minutes away, Doué la Fontaine and its troglodytes 40 minutes, Saumur and the Puy du Fou 50 minutes. Completely refurbished in a cocooning atmosphere, on the 1st floor of a longère, this Rochefort-sur-Loire gîte comprises a small living room with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with island (induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a dining table. Small 6.50m² bedroom with 140cm double bed (11..80m² floor area), shower room (shower, WC, vanity unit, hairdryer). On the 3-hectare wooded property, there's a space reserved for you to enjoy sunny days (garden furniture, barbecue). You can also relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings around the small pond (not secured). Living in the adjoining house, the owners will be happy to offer advice and tips on how to organize your visits. Travel light: beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided, end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included. For groups, families or friends, each with their own space and privacy, there's another gîte on the property: "Les Chaumes". Baby equipment provided on request: cot, high chair and baby bathtub.
