Welcome to the Bois Brinçon family Vineyard and its 21 hectares of organic and biodynamic farming. The commune of Blaison-Saint-Sulpice is classified as a charming village. It lies at the heart of the Loire Valley region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Ideally located between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine and Saumur, you're also 7 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic château. La Closerie' is a self-contained Holiday cottage in a former château outbuilding. First floor: bright living room with sofa, armchair and TV, separate WC, fitted kitchen with dining area. An extra room with laundry facilities provides additional storage space. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200cm beds that can be moved closer together. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is shared between the two bedrooms. Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you'll enjoy the enclosed and private gravel courtyard, equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and chiliennes. A place to relax and unwind, not overlooked, with trees providing shade and coolness. On-site entertainment: tasting and sale of estate wines. A bottle of wine is offered to each guest. 4km from the Holiday cottage, you'll reach the banks of the Loire, and 7km away, take the Loire by bike route to Angers or Saumur, to discover the beautiful Loire landscapes. Don't miss the troglodyte sites of the Douessine and Saumur regions. Treat yourself to a Loire cruise from Saint Mathurin sur Loire. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are optional. For long-term bookings (4 weeks or more), electricity will be billed on the basis of a statement of charges.
