Built in the 17th century by convicts, the former bakery has been converted into a Holiday cottage, retaining the spirit of the period: tufa stone, fieldstone masonry, terracotta floor and authentic bread oven. Ideal for families or couples, the Holiday cottage comprises ..: Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (comfort mattress, 140cm x 190cm), dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine, shower room and WC. First floor: 7.1 m² bedroom (Carrez law, 17.1 m² floor area) with 1 bed 140cm X 190 cm. From this room, an open space accessible by unfolding a secure bridge can be used as an extra bed, with 2 80 cm beds (1.5 m² room under Carrez law, 7.1 m² floor surface). Separate WC. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. The rest of the garden is shared, with Kids' play area (swings, slide, bats, table tennis) and a heated indoor swimming pool, open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (28° - width: 4.5m - length: 9m - depth: 0.70 to 1.70m). The pool is shared with guests from the two roulottes, the Holiday cottage and the owners. For added comfort, the accommodation is air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning, one on the first floor and one upstairs in the master bedroom). Private parking. Included in rental price: baby equipment (bed + high chair), bed linen and towels (beds made on arrival), wi-fi connection.
