Renovated in 2021, this former cowshed combines modernity with old-world charm (floor tiles, beams, bread oven, etc.). The Holiday cottage opens onto a large, bright 55m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a large dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with TV. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the first floor also includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a shower room with adapted shower and WC. You'll be enchanted by the Wellbeing room, with its wood-burning stove and warm, inviting ambience: 2-seater whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). Privately available during your stay. Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined together or not), a shower room with walk-in shower and double vanity unit, and a separate toilet. Enjoy the unoverlooked enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings, molky, pétanque pitch with boules, badminton set. With this Holiday cottage near Angers, you'll be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the Vineyards of Anjou, and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and Château d'Azay le Rideau are less than an hour away. For family activities, reach the Terra Botanica and Anjou Aventure parks in 15 minutes, or the Zoo de la Flèche in 30 minutes. 5km from the Holiday cottage, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir, with its beach, picnic tables, children's play area, guinguette, fishing, ... (supervised swimming in July and August). Baby stay, full equipment on request: cot, changing table, bath, gate, high chair. Wifi Internet connection, bike storage and car parking available.
