Built in 2022 using bio-sourced materials, it features a living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with a view over the garden. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the first floor features a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, a WC and an atypical mezzanine inviting you to laze around with its hanging net and hammock. The sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people. With family or friends, the private outdoor garden and terrace promise memorable evenings: garden furniture, chiliennes, electric plancha, parasol, string lights... For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and housekeeping is included. You'll appreciate the proximity of the guinguette, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher's shop and the restaurants: all within walking distance! Ideally located to the south of Angers, you'll be able to take advantage of an exceptional setting on the banks of the Loire and a host of activities including cycling, Fishing, Hiking, vineyard tours, visits to the historic center of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park. For cyclists, a bike shelter is available on site and the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route passes close to the Holiday cottage. The bus stop is 300 m away, and Angers train station is 9 km away.
