Ideally located for exploring the Loire Valley, it's a perfect base for visiting the Loire castles, the vineyards of Anjou and Saumur, the cities of Angers and Saumur, and the many outdoor activities available, such as the Loire à Vélo, Hiking, canoeing and horse-riding. Set in wooded surroundings, the Holiday cottage benefits from uninterrupted views over the fields and surrounding Countryside, with the occasional presence of the owners' horses livening up the landscape. Set in a large tufa stone farmhouse, this Holiday cottage, adjoining another property, has retained all the charm of the past, with traditional features such as tufa stone, terracotta floor tiles, oak beams and a monumental fireplace giving the living rooms a warm, authentic atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with functional insert, a comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV and hi-fi system, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to a bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and a 90 x 190cm bed, equipped with memory foam mattresses and pillows for maximum comfort, a second bedroom with two 90 x 190cm beds and a separate toilet with washbasin. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace, equipped with small armchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and chiliennes, a north-facing area ideal for outdoor meals in hot weather. The grounds are private but not enclosed, and there is private parking in a gated courtyard. The Holiday cottage adjoins the Holiday cottage La Soupçonnière, reference H49G019716, without overlooking the outside spaces, and the two accommodations can be rented together to sleep up to 9 people. Wifi Internet connection. The rental price does not include electricity consumption over 8 kWh per day, or wood (70 euros per stere), to be paid extra.
