This detached house, accessible by a few steps, is located in the woods surrounding the pond, with a private wooded plot and a superb view of nature. Access to the pond is just 25 meters from the house, ideal for walks. Your stay will be the perfect opportunity to discover the many tourist attractions of our region: Angers, with its castle of the Dukes of Anjou, its banks of the Maine and its historic city center is just 10 minutes away, and the Terra Botanica plant park is 8 minutes away. For hiking enthusiasts, the Loire bike trail (accessible on foot or by bike) is 20 minutes away. Along the Loire, you'll find many charming villages: Denée 30 minutes away, Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné 35 minutes or Blaison-Gohier 35 minutes. On the first floor, the gîte opens onto a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge. The bright cathedral room gives direct access to the terrace (equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs and a plancha), ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing on warm summer evenings. This room also features a lounge area with TV, DVD player and all Orange Bouquet channels. On the same level, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 90cm x 190cm beds, a bathroom with a vanity unit and a shower. Separate WC. Upstairs is a mezzanine with an office and a games area with a 140cm X 190cm sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus a garage for 2 vehicles. Wifi internet connection. Telecommuting possible thanks to high-speed fiber internet connection (Orange). A desk, desk lamp, extension cord and power strip are available. A window is located close to the workspace, with a view of the Etang Saint-Nicolas. Included in the rental price: electricity and gas heating.
