You'll be welcomed onto a private terrace with parasol, sheltered from view, before discovering a luminous 40m² living room with a modern, industrial style, where a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area blend harmoniously. The 140cm sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two. Three steps lead down to the sleeping area, comprising a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds that can be placed together or separated as required, and a mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder with a 140x190cm bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Each bedroom has a large storage unit, a small desk and outside access with shutter. You'll also find a separate toilet with washbasin and a shower room with basin and storage space. Outside, enjoy a large 17 m² covered terrace facing south-west, garden furniture, a barbecue and a 50 m² lawned area. The owner's swimming pool, located in front of the house and shared with the caravan, is heated to 28°C, accessible according to set times and protected by a low shelter for safe bathing. Conditions: open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., from early May to late October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth from 1.10m to 1.50m. Heated to 28°. For larger families or groups, the adjoining roulotte (ref. H49G022908) can be rented in addition. The owners live in the adjoining part of the house, while scrupulously preserving your privacy thanks to clearly delineated private areas.
