This single-storey, accessible and comfortable Holiday cottage is ideal for a stay with family, friends or for accessible tourism in Maine et Loire. The Holiday cottage, accessed by a gentle slope, opens onto a vast living room, with two lounge areas, a dining area and a fully-equipped, adapted kitchen with free space under the sink and hob. Cooking enthusiasts will be delighted: pressure cooker, raclette machine, blender, electric rapper, waffle maker... All you need to cook great meals! Two bedrooms are available: the first has two 80x200cm mechanized beds that can be adapted to make a large 160x200cm double bed, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, shower seat and grab bar, and a toilet with grab bar. The second bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm and a single bed 90x190cm. There's a second, independent shower room and separate WC. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue will delight you on sunny days! Small private garden for a peaceful vacation. The exteriors are currently being finished, and the private section will be completed by July 2026. Nearby, discover the must-sees.
