Between Nantes and Cholet, in the village of Saint Germain sur Moine, come and stay in this 75m² old house, all on one level. You'll have the pleasure of reaching the many local shops on foot, in just 4 minutes: bakery, mini-market, delicatessen, Pharmacy, restaurant, distributor of regional takeaways or pizzas... And within a 20-minute drive, there's plenty to see and do: La Boissière du Doré Zoo, the village of Clisson, the Shoe Trade Museum, Mary's Beehive, horseback riding in the Vineyard, Tiffauges castle... The Puy du Fou, Maulévrier Oriental Park and Nantes are just 30 minutes away. The Atlantic coast and Angers are 1 hour away. Don't miss the famous Hellfest festival, held every year on the last weekend in June, just 20 min from the Holiday cottage! The Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall with dining area for 5 to 6 people, a new, comfortable, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and small sofa, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed (140x190cm) each, shower room and separate toilet. A small room of 6.70m² can accommodate 1 person in a Bunk beds. A small veranda lets you enjoy the sunshine, as does the south-facing outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue. Optional end-of-stay cleaning (€70), towels on request (€6 per person). Bed linen included in the price and beds made up. Fully enclosed grounds and parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
