You can easily explore the region and discover its many attractions: Brissac-Quincé castle 10 minutes away, Angers and Doué-la-Fontaine with its famous Biopark 25 minutes away, Saumur and its historic center, castle and Cadre Noir 40 minutes away, not forgetting the vineyards and wine cellars of the Layon and Saumurois regions. On the first floor, you'll find the living room with its fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge with TV. From here, you'll go straight to the fully enclosed, private outdoor area with lawn, enclosed bicycle shed, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. You'll also find a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room with washbasin and shower. Separate toilets are located on the first floor. The Manoir de la Groye, a 16th-century estate listed as a historical monument, is just 400m from the gîte, on the way to the Loire, where you can visit the gardens in season.
