The mezzanine, accessed via a staircase (a little steep, see photo for details), offers 1 double bed (140x190cm). Small bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the first floor. Outside, private covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals, even in bad weather. Beautiful shared swimming pool (8x4m, 1.55 m deep, heated to approx. 28°C), open from mid-May to late September, or longer if weather permits. Secured by a gate. The Piscine is shared with the neighboring Holiday cottage (H49G030543 : Les Mesureaux). You can book the 2 Holiday cottages to accommodate up to 6 people on the property! Location and surroundings : This Holiday cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Vineyards, offering a tranquil atmosphere and bucolic setting. The owner, an independent winemaker, lives on site and loves to share his passion for his profession. Enjoy wine tasting at the Touche Blanche estate, 4 km from the Holiday cottage, and benefit from discounts on wines sold on site. You're also close to Doué-en-Anjou (9 km), a city renowned for its natural and cultural heritage.
