This 23 m² air-conditioned studio apartment, ideal for a couple's stay, welcomes you in peaceful surroundings, perfect for a romantic weekend, a nature getaway or a green vacation in Anjou. The Holiday cottage features a bright, functional living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (two-ring hob, table-top fridge, combined microwave and grill) for easy meal preparation. No dishwasher is available. The lounge area, equipped with TV and coffee table, offers a pleasant place to relax after a day's sightseeing, while the sleeping area, separated by a screen, has a 140x190 cm double bed (with storage drawers), creating a cosy, intimate atmosphere. Outside, enjoy a private terrace at the entrance to the property, complete with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying fine weather and mild Anjou evenings. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the riches of the Maine-et-Loire and Anjou Bleu regions, between rivers, heritage and outdoor activities: Parc départemental de l'Isle Briand - 10 km: vast riverside natural area, perfect for walks, cycling or horse-riding. Racetrack du Lion-d'Angers - 10 km: a renowned racetrack hosting the world-famous Mondial du Lion. Segré-en-Anjou Bleu - 18 km: a small town full of character, ideal for strolling along the Oudon river. Château du Plessis-Bourré - 17 km: a remarkable medieval castle surrounded by a moat. Angers - 34 km: a city of art and history, with its famous Château d'Angers and the Apocalypse hanging. If you're a walker, there's even a footpath directly from the gîte! The owners live nearby.
