At the heart of the Bois Brinçon estate, winegrowers Géraldine and Xavier invite you to discover their Vineyard. Stay at the Cellier Holiday cottage and gather up to 15 people with 8 rooms, 240m² and 1500m² of outdoor space. Between Angers and Saumur, close to the Loire, you'll be in the land of the Anjou-Saumur vineyard, and just 2 steps away from visiting the estate and tasting the organic and biodynamic wines produced on site. This 240m² Holiday cottage near Angers, friendly and family-friendly, is ideal for gatherings while keeping a comfortable private space for everyone. It's also ideal for seminars or training courses, thanks to its 30m² meeting room with connected TV, tables and chairs. Inside, you'll find a warm living room with a fireplace and a large dining area for 15 people. The modern kitchen is pleasant and functional, with appliances and equipment designed to accommodate groups. All beds are 90x200cm. On request, they can be placed closer together or separated: - 5 rooms with 2 beds - 2 rooms with 1 bed - 1 room with 3 beds. 4 rooms on the ground floor, 1 room half a level below the ground floor and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. The 3-bed suite has its own bathroom. All rooms have a water point or shower room. Outside, a large unfenced area of around 1,500m² is dedicated to you, with ample parking, a lawn area, a covered area and an area with picnic tables, parasols and barbecue for outdoor meals. The estate is surrounded by vineyards. On the same property, you can also rent the Holiday cottage La Closerie (ref H49G014863), which sleeps 4. The banks of the Loire are 5 min away. Angers 20 min and Saumur 30 min. Visit the Château de Brissac-Quincé 10 min away. Wifi internet connection (white zone in the gîte). A large connected TV is available in the meeting room (no TV in the living room). Full service with towels, hygiene products and sheets included, beds made on arrival.
