In Brissac-Quincé, in the heart of Camping de l'Étang, this large Holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Surrounded by green spaces and set in peaceful surroundings, this comfortable accommodation is ideal for a convivial vacation with family or friends, especially Kids. Its large capacity and generous size mean you can get together and take full advantage of Anjou's gentle way of life. The Holiday cottage is arranged over three levels. On the first floor, a large 40 m² living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 10 people and a lounge. A double bedroom (bed 140*190) is also located on this level, as well as a shower room, separate WC and laundry area. The second floor features a large landing leading to two bedrooms, one with three single beds (2 beds 80*190 and 1 bed 90*190) and the other with a double bed 140*190. A second bathroom with double vanity unit and separate toilet complete this floor. Under the roof, on the second floor, a mezzanine with three 90*190 single beds provides a cosy space under the slope, often appreciated by Kids. Outside, a private terrace of approx. 30 m² is ideal for outdoor meals and long summer evenings. The Campsites playground is just across the road, some thirty meters away, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The Holiday cottage is housed in a large, characterful building, once part of the Château de Brissac farm and now completely renovated. It houses three adjoining Holiday cottages. Just 250 m away, the Parc de loisirs de l'Étang offers a wide range of activities for the whole family. The center of Brissac-Quincé and its famous château can be reached in five minutes. You can also discover the vineyards, the banks of the Loire, the cities of Angers and Saumur and the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark. When the Campsites are open, from early April to late September, take advantage of the estate's facilities. Entertainment, playground, grocery store, bar-restaurant and Fishing pond. The aquatic area includes three pools accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. depending on the season, with a 15 x 7 m heated indoor pool and two 17 x 5 m heated outdoor pools with paddling pool. Baby equipment on request, including folding bed, high chair, potty and bathtub. Wifi connection and parking available on site.
