In the heart of the wine-growing hills of Anjou, this charming Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy a peaceful, authentic interlude. From the property, panoramic views over the Vineyard provide an exceptional backdrop that changes with the seasons. Here, nature is omnipresent: chickens, geese, quail and cats all contribute to the peaceful ambience, while pets are welcome to share your vacation. Upon entering, you'll discover a pleasant air-conditioned living room where each antique object tells a story and invites curiosity. The living room, carefully arranged around a comfortable sofa, rocking chair and welcoming armchairs, is ideal for relaxing moments. The dining room is ideal for convivial meals, while the fully-equipped separate kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own gourmet specialties. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage has a bedroom with two single beds (90*190cm), as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. Both rooms are accessed via a corridor with 3 small steps. Upstairs, a master bedroom offers a cosy space with a double bed (140*190cm) and a Kids bed. A second toilet with washbasin completes the floor. The staircase is secured by a barrier for younger guests. Outside, the view is always spectacular. Take a seat on the terrace to admire the vineyards as far as the eye can see, read a book in the hanging armchair or enjoy a game of table tennis with the family. Walkers will love the walks starting from the Holiday cottage through the surrounding vineyards, ideal for discovering the emblematic landscapes of the Vineyard. Ideally located for exploring the riches of Anjou, the Holiday cottage is 7 km from the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, 15 km from the City of Angers and its famous castle, 22 km from the Terra Botanica leisure park and 5 km from Brissac-Quincé, famous for its imposing castle and vineyards. Parking available in front of the Holiday cottage entrance. Utilities and heating included in rental price. Additional charges: end-of-stay cleaning (75€), bed linen rental (8€/bed) and towels (5€/person). The terrace is private and the rest of the garden is shared with the owners.
