In summer, take advantage of the guinguettes on the banks of the Loire, Maine, Sarthe or Mayenne rivers for a relaxing evening of music, local gastronomy, lanterns and sunsets. Arranged over 3 levels, the gîte comprises : Ground floor: - large living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, pod and filter coffee makers, etc.) and pellet stove, dining area with dining table and spacious, comfortable living room with sofas, armchair, small TV and wood-burning stove - shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit - separate WC 1st floor: - first bedroom with 160x200cm bed and dressing room - second bedroom, small and attic, ideal for children, with three single beds 90x190cm (door height and beam at 1.35m - surface area 7.80m² / 18.80m² floor area) - shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC (not partitioned up to the ceiling) 2nd floor: - third mezzanine bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and single bed 90x190cm Outside: terrace with garden furniture under pergola, chiliennes, barbecue and darts. Neighbors Olivier and Isabelle will be delighted to advise you on the best places to visit in the area, to ensure you have an excellent stay. For your comfort: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
