Created in 2025 in an Angevine farmhouse, this cottage with its own entrance has a private garden overlooking the property to enjoy sunny moments (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs). Wooded 2-hectare park with pond, vegetable garden and animals: sheep, chickens, ducks. Perfect place to recharge your batteries, discover Anjou and share simple moments in the heart of nature. Entirely on one level, except for the attic sleeping area perfect for Kids/teens: - bedroom opening onto the garden with washbasin, 1 double bed 160x200cm (or 2 single beds 80x200cm) - living room with comfortable convertible sofa (140x190cm). The living room can be isolated from the kitchen by a blackout curtain if the convertible sofa is used - shower room (shower, washbasin, hairdryer) - separate WC - fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, small fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-function food processor, immersion blender, induction hob, oven...) - attic "Cabin" sleeping area (2 Cot 80x190 or 1 Cot 160x190) Connected electric heating and wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
