Gîte Chardonnay

In the heart of the Loire Valley, famous for its castles and vineyards, the Holiday cottage Chardonnay welcomes you for a stay in the heart of nature and conviviality. Located on a campsite surrounded by vineyards and just 15 minutes from Angers, this large gîte can accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal address for holidays with family or friends, combining the independence of a vacation rental with the services of a 4-star campsite. Spread over three levels, the accommodation offers comfortable, functional spaces. On the first floor, the bright living area includes a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 10 people, and a lounge with TV. The first double bedroom (bed 140*190) has direct access to the Holiday cottage's private terrace. A shower room and separate WC complete this level. On the second floor are a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a third bedroom with three single beds (90x190). There is also a second shower room with double vanity unit and separate toilet. On the second floor, under the roof, the mezzanine is home to three additional single beds (1 bed 80*190 and 2 beds 90*190), a popular area for Kids. Outside, a private terrace with barbecue lets you make the most of fine weather. The campsite's playground for Kids and petanque area are just a few meters away. From the beginning of April to the end of September, you can also take advantage of the Campsites' facilities and entertainment. Three pool areas are available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., depending on the opening period: a 15 x 7 m heated indoor pool, two 17 x 5 m heated outdoor pools and a 4 x 4 m paddling pool. In this natural environment, you can go hiking or take advantage of the campsite's pond for no-kill carp and black-bass fishing. Bicycle tourers benefit from dedicated services, including personalized advice, small repair equipment and a partnership with a repair shop. For stays with babies, a folding bed, high chair, potty and bathtub are available. Free WiFi and parking available in front of the Holiday cottage. The nearby Aubance et Layon holiday cottages provide additional accommodation for groups.
