As soon as you arrive, you’ll discover a spacious, bright living area designed to bring together young and old. The fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and numerous appliances) will allow you to easily prepare delicious meals to share around the large table that seats 14 guests. When it comes to relaxation, there’s something for everyone: a cozy living room with sofas, armchairs, and a 3-in-1 game table (pool, air hockey, and table tennis) for social gatherings, as well as a second living room equipped with a large-screen TV and an extendable table, perfect for sports nights, family gatherings, or team workdays. The ground floor features three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140x190 cm double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet that open onto the bedroom. The second features a 160x200 cm double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet that open into the room. The third bedroom, accessible to guests with limited mobility, features a 160x200 cm double bed and an adapted bathroom with a shower and shower seat. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms await you. Each features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with a 140x200 cm double bed, and the other two with a 160x200 cm double bed. A separate toilet is also available upstairs. Outside, it’s time to relax and enjoy your vacation. The heated infinity pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting) offers breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. Measuring 8 x 4 meters and 1.40 meters deep, it promises wonderful swimming moments as you watch the valley’s magnificent sunsets. To extend your relaxation, a Spa is also at your disposal. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, hanging chairs, a charcoal grill, a gas grill, and a bocce court complete the outdoor amenities, allowing you to fully enjoy your days and evenings in the open air. Located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, in the heart of the Anjou Vineyard, the holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for a stay with family or friends to explore Anjou. Take the trails of the Corniche Angevine, ranked among the department’s most beautiful natural sites, admire the panoramic views of the Loire River and the vineyard-covered hillsides, visit the wine estates of Coteaux-du-Layon and Quarts-de-Chaume, or enjoy the many outdoor activities: hiking, biking, canoeing, and boat trips along the river. Nearby, you can also explore Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Rochefort-sur-Loire, and the city of Angers, renowned for its castle, the famous Apocalypse Tapestry, and its lively historic center. For your comfort, everything is included in the rate: Wi-Fi, private parking, bed linens with beds made on arrival, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. The upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen/dining room are air-conditioned.
