Welcome to Véronique and Jean-Jacques' gîte! This single-storey accommodation in Distré, near Saumur, is the perfect opportunity to discover the treasures of our region: strolls along the Loire (by bike, on foot and even by boat), visits to the Loire castles, discovering the gastronomic and wine heritage... In short, there's plenty to keep you busy! The gîte opens onto a living room with kitchen (2-burner induction hob, refrigerator with storage space, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, thermomix...), dining area with high table and stools, a bench that can be used as a trundle bed (two 80cm x 200cm beds) on request, and separate WC. The hallway leads to the master suite, comprising a bedroom with a double bed (160cm X 200cm), a study area and storage space. Adjoining the bedroom is a shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit. Outside, you can enjoy the sunshine of the Saumur region in total peace of mind! Two garden lounges, a plancha and deckchairs are at your disposal. If you like games, you won't be disappointed: molkky, pétanque with boulodrome, darts and board games will keep your afternoons lively. You can also take advantage of the underground outdoor SPA for €50 per stay. For your comfort and privacy, an awning can be drawn over the terrace to limit privacy from the owners' house adjoining the gîte. Nearby attractions: Doué-en-Anjou Biopark 18 minutes away, Mystère des Faluns (underground scenographic walk) 14 minutes away, Saumur with its Loire château, historic town center and famous black frame 10 minutes away, Brissac château (highest château on the Loire) 30 minutes away, Angers with its Ducs d'Anjou château and Saint-Maurice cathedral 50 minutes away. If you're a wine-lover, you'll find many winegrowers open their doors for you to discover the local appellations (in moderation!). For your comfort and cleanliness, the accommodation is fully steam-cleaned between each rental. Cot and high chair available on request. Options not included in the rental price and to be paid directly to the owners: bed linen €15 per bed, bathroom linen €5 per person, end-of-stay cleaning €50 per stay and SPA €50 per stay.
