In summer, take advantage of the Etang de Grézillé and its beach 10 min from the gîte (supervised swimming in summer, play areas and picnic tables). Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped open kitchen (4-gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and pod coffee maker, etc.), dining area and living room with TV and BZ sofa (extra bed), separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a shower room.
