A magnificent Piscine is available at certain times of the year, as well as brand-new services and a private garden in the Countryside. You'll be 40 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes and 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire. In the 400m² private garden, you're sure to relax thanks to the facilities provided: barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers and hammock. In addition to the garden, there's a small patio with a covered Spa and a bike room for enjoying the outdoors at different times of the day. Access to the owners' Piscine is available from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. The owners also make a point of giving you access to the orchard for relaxing, reading, picking and visiting the chickens... Access to the Holiday cottage is by 3 steps from the garden. The 31m² living room features a new, fully-equipped, aesthetic and functional kitchen, living room and convivial dining area for 6 people. 3 bedrooms (11 to 12.50m²) are available: the Olivier and Magnolias rooms, each with 1 140x190cm bed, in soft, restful colors. Then there's the exotic wallpaper bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), which can be presented separately or together as required. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. During your stay in the Countryside, take advantage of the nearby Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. Visit the Guisabel chocolate factory in Candé 5km away, La Mine Bleue 25min. Aperitif platters available on request. (Piscine dimensions 8x4m, depth 1.20 to 1.60m - secured by rigid shutter, accessible from the last weekend in May to the last weekend in September).
