Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the Loire, Europe's longest untamed river, its flora and fauna, the many guinguettes open in season and the famous Loire à vélo route, just 3.8 km from the gîte. The entrance to the gîte is through a fully-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook delicious meals. It opens onto a bright and welcoming living room with a decorative wood-burning stove. A small corridor leads to : - a double bedroom with a 160 cm X 200 cm bed, dressing room and wall storage - a second, smaller bedroom (7.2m²) with a bunk bed (140 cm X 190 cm on the bottom and 90 cm X 190 cm on the top) - a bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. Enjoy the private terrace and garden on sunny days! Barbecue, molky and deckchairs while admiring the exceptional view will punctuate your stay. Private parking at the gîte makes it easy to unload your suitcases. The winegrowers will be delighted to show you around their estate, located 7 km from the gîte. Included in the rental price: wi-fi internet connection, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Towels are extra. A host of activities are available close to the gîte, including bike rides along the Loire, strolls through the narrow streets of the village of Béhuard (10 minutes away), visits to Angers, its cathedral, château des Ducs d'Anjou and historic city center (30 minutes away), and the charming villages of La Possonnière (10 minutes away), Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné (6 minutes away) and Denée (8 minutes away). If you're a wine lover, the region is the perfect place to discover new tastes! A balustrade separates the two terraces, which are not on the same level, the one of this gîte being on a higher level. The village of Rochefort sur Loire is within easy walking distance, and has many shops.
