Located in a former coaching inn in the heart of the village of Beaulieu-sur-Layon, this stone house with its brocanteque atmosphere is the perfect place to stay! In the heart of the Layon region, numerous vineyards open their doors to you for tastings. Marc and June will be delighted to advise you on your visits to the Anjou region, and to share with you their best addresses for wineries and restaurants. The banks of the Loire, their biodiversity and the "Loire à vélo" cycling route are just 10 km away. The Corniche Angevine offers sublime views over the Loire Valley, also 10 km away. Angers, with its Château des Ducs d'Anjou, Musée des Beaux-Arts, Galerie David d'Angers and Terra Botanica plant park, is just 25 minutes away. For a day trip, Puy du Fou is 40 minutes away. June and Marc welcome you to two private rooms on the first floor of their home. Each has comfortable bedding and private bathroom facilities. In the morning, you can enjoy a breakfast of regional products in the kitchen or garden. The "Blairgowrie" suite, named after Mary Stuart, the Scottish queen, consists of a first bedroom with a 150 cm x 190 cm bed, and a second bedroom with an 85 cm x 190 cm bed and a cot. It has a bathroom with a large shower and a private toilet. The "Alyth" room has a 140 cm x 190 cm bed and a modern, spacious bathroom with private shower and toilet. A billiards room is available in summer only. A parking space is available in the owners' courtyard to park your vehicle safely. Free wifi connection.
