Welcome to Château de La Mulonnière, in the Layon vineyards south of Angers. This charming 4-person gîte is spacious and bright, with an adjoining private outdoor space. Put down your suitcases and enjoy the mildness of Angers without delay! You'll be 30 minutes from Angers, 40 from Cholet and 50 from Saumur. On site, in the heart of a winegrowing estate, you'll enjoy strolling through the vines and discovering the wines produced on site. [THE GITE] Pleasant, contemporary layout. Colorful, refined decor. Facing the owners' château, enter the 44m² south-facing living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. Comfortable dining and living area. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds that can be joined together. Between these two rooms, the mezzanine offers a place to relax with two armchairs facing the television, a children's desk and a desk suitable for telecommuting. In front of the gîte, a small lawned garden of approx. 50m², with table and chairs, chiliennes, barbecue and safe storage for bicycles.
