30 minutes from Angers, amidst the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, welcome to Château de la Mulonnière! For the perfect escape from city life, stay at this gite in Beaulieu-sur-Layon, completely refurbished in a 19th century outbuilding. From the gite, you can take a stroll through the vineyards, along an old railroad track adjacent to the estate, or cycle on the "Layon Aubance" loop of the Loire à Vélo. You can also walk to the charming village of Rablay sur Layon (15min). Visits to be made during your stay in this gîte in Beaulieu-sur-Layon: wine tasting in the wineries, discovering the banks of the Loire and the little island of Béhuard 15min away, Doué la Fontaine and its troglodytes 25min away, Saumur 45min away or the Puy du Fou 1h away. In a nod to their years spent in Tokyo, the owners have decorated the gîte with Japanese furniture. The gîte is laid out over 2 levels: entrance via the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), dining area and living room with direct access to the outside. Shower room with WC on first floor. Upstairs, the mezzanine with TV leads to the two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (80x190cm). The outdoor area features garden furniture, a gas or charcoal barbecue and deckchairs for relaxing moments. For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival and towels provided.
