Also enjoy the outdoor space of over 400m² to be shared with a second Holiday cottage: lawn, swing, soccer goal, trampoline, ping-pong table...Enclosed grounds planted with trees. A library and table soccer are also available on request. In addition: Electricity consumption in excess of 8 kwh per day (current EDF rate), electric heating.

The Holiday cottage is located 3km from the center of Allonnes, with several shops and a Carrefour supermarket.

Within a 15 km radius, you have access to a wide variety of activities, whatever the weather (troglodytic caves, Vineyards, castles and Museums, Cadre Noir, Ecole Nationale d'Horse riding, walks along the Loire and in the Forest, etc.).

You can also bring your own bike (or rent one in Saumur) and take advantage of the Loire à vélo and Vélo Francette cycle routes, 9km away.

At the same time, you can rent the "Alouette" Holiday cottage 30 meters away, on the other side of the property (H49G014843), with a separate entrance on the Route de Recouvrance side, to bring together up to 11 people for family celebrations, for example. Preferential rates on request for simultaneous rental of both Holiday cottages.

In one of the bedrooms, the 160x200 bed can be separated into 2 80x200 beds.
