With a floor area of 89 m², the first floor features a large, bright fitted kitchen with dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments, as well as a large living room with lounge, dining area, sofa and fireplace, perfect for cosying up by the fire after a day's walking. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom with bathtub, storage space and WC. Outside, the unenclosed garden opens onto the meadows on the living room side, inviting you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside, while the terrace and courtyard on the kitchen side allow you to enjoy the fine weather in complete tranquillity. Horses welcome. Just 5 km from the Loire River, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and bike rides along the river, particularly on the La Loire à Vélo itinerary. Also 5 km away, the majestic Château de Brissac, the highest château in France, is well worth a visit for its elegant salons and gardens. Wine lovers will appreciate the many cellars and estates of the nearby Anjou-Villages Vineyard and Aubance hillsides. For a family outing, the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark is around 25 km away, while the fascinating troglodyte village of Rochemenier, 23 km away, offers a unique heritage.
