Just 1 kilometer from Denée, a small town full of character on the banks of the Loire. Béhuard, an island in the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 8 kilometers away, in the Vineyard of the Loire Valley with its castles. Our Holiday cottage, a building that bears witness to times gone by, welcomes you for your Wellbeing and to enjoy the pleasures of nature (calm, greenery, walks etc.) In the small hamlet of "solbré", our accommodation is located 5 km from the center of Mozé in the direction of Denée (1 km from the shops). Located 15 minutes from Angers, in a quiet setting in the heart of the vineyards, this former farm building has been renovated and equipped to welcome you and offer you tranquility, charm and comfort. Area: 110 m2 On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, a bedroom with 160 x 200cm bed and shower room with WC, equipped with transfer bars. Kitchen in a large living room (90cm doorways giving free access to the two terraces) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90 x 190cm, shower room with toilet. The Holiday cottage is set in enclosed, secure grounds, with private parking. Additional charges: electricity over 8 kwh/day, electric underfloor heating on first floor and electric heating upstairs. The exclusive use of the Holiday cottage as a holiday home implies not only that no use other than that intended, but also that the premises are actually occupied for the intended purpose. Holiday cottage rental; parties/events are not permitted, nor are sleeping bags. The Holiday cottage does not have a wi-fi internet connection.

We've created a bright and welcoming gîte. The windows overlook the bucolic Angevin landscape. All year round, you can take full advantage of these assets.
Take the time to relax and dine al fresco on the south-facing terrace, and in summer, enjoy a refreshing break on the north-facing terrace.
