Located 11km from Saumur City, this 120m² semi-detached house offers a rustic setting for your stay. This spacious holiday cottage (120m²) is close to the lively Saumur and Loire regions, just 10 minutes from the Holiday cottage. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a large 50m² living room with sofa bed, armchairs, 4K TV with a wide choice of free satellite channels, a large dining area and a fireplace with wood-burning stove. 1/2 floor: a small 8m² bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, shower room with large shower and two basins, separate WC. 1st floor: a 9m² bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), convertible into two separate 90x200 beds + baby bed, a mezzanine with changing table and play and relaxation area (extra bed available) and a third sleeping area in a small attic room with a 140x190cm bed accessible through a 1.30m low door (14m² on the ground and 5m² at 1.80m height). Electricity consumption over 8kwh/day. Wood for fireplace (6€ per basket). Outside, the private terrace awaits you for sharing meals, (picnic table, barbecue, parasol). A small driveway leads to the 400m² outdoor area, which can be shared with a second Holiday cottage: lawn, swing, soccer goal, trampoline, table tennis... Enclosed grounds planted with trees. A library and table soccer are also available on request. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway adjacent to the Holiday cottage (gate).

The Holiday cottage is located 3km from the center of Allonnes, with several shops and a Carrefour supermarket.

Within a 15 km radius, you have access to a wide variety of activities whatever the weather (troglodytic caves, vineyards, châteaux and Museums, Cadre Noir, École Nationale d'Équitation, walks along the Loire and in the Forest, etc.).

You can also bring your own bikes and take advantage of the cycle routes of the Loire à vélo and the Vélo Francette, 9km away.

At the same time, you can rent the Holiday cottage "Bergeronnette" located 30 meters away, on the other side of the property (H49G014844), with a separate entrance on the garden side, to bring together up to 11 people for your family celebrations, for example. Preferential rates on request for simultaneous rental of both Holiday cottages.

In one of the bedrooms, the 180x200 bed can be separated into 2 90x200 beds.
