Inside, on the first level of 45m² are the 3 living rooms. A fully-equipped kitchen with a large American fridge, water dispenser and ice cube tray. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and large shower. A final bedroom is on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have a 160x200cm bed and ample storage space. The cellar, dug into the tufa stone, is illuminated for long summer evenings and the mild Anjou climate. The troglodyte cellars, atypical and full of character, also have the advantage of staying cool on hot days... Nearby, a bakery 100m away and several restaurants and cellars within walking distance. No private parking, but plenty of free parking spaces in the parking lots opposite the gîte. This gîte in Parnay is on a major tourist route in the department, 20 min from Bourgueil, Chinon and Montreuil-Bellay, 30min from Doué la Fontaine and its Biopark, 1h from Angers and Tours. Nearby Turquant, visit the Musée des Pommes Tapées and enjoy a delicious meal in its restaurant. Visit the many troglodyte sites, such as the Champignonnière du Saut au Loup.
