Charming little 28 m² gîte in quiet location, 5 min walk from the typical Kercabellec harbor, 800 m from the beach, 9 km from Guérande and 14 km from La Baule.
Pretty, peaceful enclosed garden of 250 m² (south-facing), surrounded by vegetation and out of sight, and small courtyard to the north with lean-to (2 bicycles available). Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room with BZ sofa bed (130x190), 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed (doorway approx. 1.65 m), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, Tassimo coffee maker.
Included: bed linen (made up on arrival) and towels/household linen.
Not included: electricity, electric heating and tourist tax.
Pets allowed (2 max. - deposit €100).

Petite maison au calme avec jardin et terrasse. Bien agencée et bien équipée. Juste ce qu’il faut.
Le soleil n’était pas au rdv mais le séjour était agréable.
