Villa Kerarvan is a 19th-century villa listed as a 2-star “Remarkable Sites” heritage property, located in St. Marc-sur-Mer, near shops and restaurants and 200 m from the famous Mr. Hulot Beach.
A charming, enclosed landscaped garden of 1,000 m², perfect for relaxation.
Parking is available on the property.
The Tati room is located upstairs and features a 160x200 bed and a private bathroom with a separate toilet. Private infrared Sauna (additional charge of 10€).
The Hulot Room, located on the ground floor, offers a beautiful view of the garden (160x200 bed and private bathroom/toilet).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, access to Molotov, a hair dryer, and air conditioning in the Tati room.
Delicious breakfasts are served on the covered terrace of the owner’s wine cellar or indoors. On site, the owner—a wine merchant—offers wine tastings and sales.
Discounted rates for stays of 3 nights or more, from October through the end of March.

    Pareidolique

    Expérience unique inégalable. Il y a la plage de Mr Hulot et les petits dej‘ de Mr Bodin. Entre les 2 la cave, le magnifique parc, présence discrète…On était presque au paradis: le dernier jour, on a pu voir des dessins sur les crêpes comme on voit des visages dans les nuages. Hospitalité avec un grand H !!

    Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Superbe maison au calme à deux pas du centre ville et de la plage de Monsieur Hulot. Petit déjeuner sur mesure avec des produits choisis de haute qualité. Jolies balades sur le sentier côtier. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
