5 km from the Sea and Pornic, in the heart of a quiet hamlet, holiday cottage on the first floor of a country house (another 2-person cottage on the ground floor), adjoining another 2-person cottage. Private, unfenced 40 m² garden + access to a shared wooded area (shared garage for bikes).
Ground floor: summer kitchen and separate WC.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), mezzanine for Kids (2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC.
Equipment included: wifi, baby bed and high chair, freezer.
Not included: Electric heating (7€/day), electricity, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Holiday cottage not suitable for young children and reserved for tourists only (no professionals).

François Séjour parfait
Gîte sobrement confortable et idéalement situé, pour ceux qui apprécient la tranquillité de la campagne (celle du pays de Retz, à découvrir absolument). A proximité des plages, et moins d'une heure de Nantes. A souligner également, l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
