Beautiful contemporary house located 5 km from Lake Grand Lieu, 25 km from Nantes and 40 km from the Sea. Attractive 600 m² shared enclosed garden, with possibility of parking on the property. Private terrace with barbecue and deckchairs (south-facing). Independent entrance for this bedroom on the 1st floor of the house. It features a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 extra bed, a relaxation area with welcome tray (kettle with coffee/tea/biscuits), and a private shower room/wc. Facilities included: wifi, TV (in room + in living room), hairdryer, electric cooler, cot and high chair on request.
Breakfast served in the guest lounge: homemade cake, viennoiseries, fresh bread, butter and yoghurt from the famous Beillevaire creamery, organic jams and fresh fruit juice.

Ideally situated close to Lake Grand Lieu, one of France's largest bird sanctuaries, close to the Vendée with its famous seaside resorts and the island of Noirmoutier and, last but not least, close to the magnificent city of Nantes, a city of art and history with a magnificent historic centre.
Whether you like peace and quiet, hiking or visiting places steeped in history, our guest house is made for you!
