Just 15 minutes from the beaches and the old port of Pornic, “Une Marmotte à la mer” is an Ecogîte-certified holiday cottage. It is housed in an 18th-century farmhouse built of local stone, on one level (accessible to guests with limited mobility), restored using eco-friendly materials and featuring tasteful decor. It is close to the owners’ home (not directly across from it), and they are committed to preserving your privacy and independence.

The holiday cottage is set within a 3,500 m² enclosed park, featuring a private garden filled with flowers (palm trees, olive trees, wisteria...) and a terrace.
It features a living/dining room with an open-concept kitchen, a large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams (one king-size bed 180x200 + one Bed 90x190), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Amenities included: 1 standing fan, 2 adult bicycles, Wi-Fi Internet, freezer, shared washer and dryer, complete baby gear, radio, bioethanol fireplace, DVD player with Internet access Electricity, sheets (beds made on arrival), and bath linens.
NOT INCLUDED: Solar/Oil heating (€5/day from October 15 to May 15), tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€30).

The Martinière Canal (bird sanctuary), 10 min away, featuring pedal boats, an open-air café, a bar, an ice cream shop, and picnic areas with shaded tables.
