TIF is a studio apartment built in a wooden extension (adjoining the owners' house) located 50 m from the beach, shops and restaurants. It has private parking on the property and its own entrance.

Ground floor: checkroom and shared laundry room.

First floor: bright living room with large bay window opening onto a 6 m² loggia overlooking the garden and offering a view of the ocean: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with comfortable 2 twin or double 80X200 beds and Japanese shower room/wc.

Additional equipment included: high-speed wifi/fiber, bed (without sheet)/chair/baby adapter, books, comics/Manga, games/beach seats, cleaning products and essentials (condiments, oil).

Included: electricity, electric heating, quality bed linen (beds made on arrival) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax.
Pets allowed (€20/stay).

Numerous free and paying events take place in summer on the "plage verte" opposite the gate at the bottom of the garden: 50m-high Ferris wheel, concert, fan zone, shows, mussel festival, dune strides, flower parade...it's not every day and everything stops before midnight. Fortunately, the enclosed grounds will ensure your privacy.
The garden is a large wooded park of 1400M2 with century-old Cupressus, oak, pine and acacia trees. Parking for up to 6 cars is possible.

The property is 50 m from the shopping street, with its 7/7 supermarket, Saturday morning market, Wednesday summer night market, Casino/SPA, rosalie-bike-méhari rental, merry-go-round, crêperies... The City center is pedestrianized from 4pm in summer.

The property is opposite the slope leading down to the Beach: easy with Kids, buckets and spades!

The customs path is also very close. Ideal for jogging and walking along the coast.

A sandy beach with dunes, a stretch of wet sand at low tide for shrimp and razor clam fishing and sand yachting.
Halfway between the Pointeau nautical center (catamaran & sand yacht rental and lessons) and the Ermitage kitesurfing spot.

The ocean is perfect for swimming.
The afternoon thermal breeze brings invigorating waves for sea bathing.

Plenty of crockery and cutlery available for meals.

When you leave, please leave the garbage cans, fridge and dishwasher empty and clean, as well as the oven and sink. And please undo the beds.
