8 km from Ancenis and 4 km from the banks of the Loire (equipped Beach), this Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the owner's house (independent entrance). Other 3-person gîte on site. Private, unenclosed terrace and access to the owners' enclosed garden. In addition: spa, sauna and heated swimming pool shared with the owners. Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 140x190) with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200 + bed 90x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190 with non-opening window), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, cot, shared washing machine. Bicycle hire available. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Not included: aerothermal heating (€9/night). Compulsory cleaning fee for business customers (65€).
